  • Learn to be conscious of the unconscious self.

  • We have 60 to 70 thousand thoughts every day, 90% are typically the same thoughts as the day before.

  • Employee engagement is a problem within organizations causing incoherence. Only 15% are engaged.

  • Changing your environment helps you break free from your old self.

  • Change starts with changing your thoughts and emotions

  • The programs running in the background created hardwire neuro-circuits inside of the brain making it a bit hard to break those circuits to get out of the program.

  • Metacognition helps you become aware of the program that it is running you.

  • Stress = living in survival. You cannot create while in this state.

  • Changing habits help you to create new neuro-pathways.

  • Leadership energy is felt within organizations.

  • Coherence is a state where heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment.
