Jenna Jasso, Mindfulness and Transformation Coach, Community Facilitator and Event Producer shares with us today her transformational journey.
She walked away from her career of Mechanical Engineer to follow her heart’s call to a higher purpose.
After a period of depression realizing that mechanical engineering was not her path she did some self inquiry and explorations traveling around the world, studying yoga, meditation, body healing and the power of the mind.
She now teaches mindfulness and supports the transformation of people’s lives, their businesses and communities in Austin Texas.
Since 2011 she is the founder of Love ATX, an initiative with a vision to evolve our culture into harmony with ourselves and the planet living Local, Healthy, Creative, Conscious and Sustainable.
Jenna organizes and facilitates transformational group experiences which expand conscious awareness, awaken of self of purpose, compassion, encourage connection and empower individuals and groups to overcome the challenges of today. In these group experiences she teaches yoga, energy healing, guided meditations and self healing tools.
Jenna is also a Permaculture Designer, certified by Austin Permaculture Guild.
