Show Notes:
Permaculture is to ecology as engineering is to physics. Pattern and principle base, highly decentralize.
Start small is one of the principles of permaculture. Is pretty easy to get plants in the ground at the end of the day, but can be much harder to get people to agree in decision making within the community Written agreements tend to be very helpful while building a brand new community.
Always keep align with the community’s purpose. While building a community, two important questions to consider are: how do people join and how do people leave?
Most people fear or romanticize nature, it is best to spend time in nature. Conservation courses is a good opportunity to experience nature with other people.
We need to put our land to work in order for it to produce for us. Just plant a tree…
